“Water”

Olivia refuses to drink from her own water bowl, having been spoiled and allowed to drink out of our own glasses for so long. It can be a little bit of a problem sometimes.

Lately Olivia has been having trouble with one, tiny feather on top of her head. No matter what we do, it refuses to stay in place. We’ve simply started referring to it as her Funny Feather in response.

Pippin had a little incident with our tree the other day: the goofball decided it would be a good idea to chew up a strand of lights! Thankfully no harm done - this comic is purely hyperbole.

Sadly, we suspect that Pippin was not able to celebrate the holidays last year due to the condition from which he was rescued. But that’s changing in a big way from now on! He has his very own stocking on the mantle for Santa to drop off his presents - and yes, he has already tried to pull it down to get a better look.

“Festive Feathers”

The holiday season is Olivia’s favorite time of year apart from Halloween. Decorating the tree is one of her favorite activities, and she loves being brought to the living room to gawk at the “Christmas shiny”. It’s adorable.

Finnegan uncharacteristically tried to steal Wesley’s dinner the first night he stayed with us. Rather than getting upset though, I got inspired for a new cartoon!

Well, our house just got a little more chaotic while we dogsit for the week. I’m sure it’ll be just fine...
